How a MORSA weekly run works, from Friday 12:00 to your door.

MORSA RACEWEAR is a Dutch motocross gear brand that makes jersey and pants sets to order, with the rider's name and number sublimated into the fabric. Nothing is pulled from a shelf. Your set does not exist until you order it, and it is made in a weekly batch we call a run. This is the whole timeline, with the numbers.

When does the run close?

Every Friday at 12:00, Amsterdam time. Every order paid before that moment goes into that week's run. The run is named after the ISO week, so an order paid on Thursday of week 46 is in Run 46. The countdown on the product page and in your cart shows the live close time, and the ship window shown there is the one that applies to your order.

Payment in full at checkout is what puts your set in the run. We accept iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna and USDC.

What can I change, and until when?

Everything, until the run closes. Size, name, number, colourway, or the whole order: change it or cancel it free of charge until Friday 12:00. Reply to your confirmation email or use the order page.

After 12:00 the print files are at the factory and the order is final. A set with your name and number on it cannot be resold, so there are no returns or size exchanges afterwards. This is the same rule the EU applies to all made-to-order goods: the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to "goods made to order or clearly personalised" (Your Europe). Our answer to that is the free change window before the close, so check your sizes and spelling on Thursday, not the Saturday after.

What happens if I miss the cutoff?

Nothing is lost. Your order joins the next run, one week later. The countdown switches to the new close time the moment the old one passes, and the ship window in your cart moves with it.

How long does production take?

2 to 3 weeks from the Friday the run closes. The whole run is printed in one batch, your Rider ID in the same pass as the design. Then sewing, then a check of every piece. The sets then come to our shop in Echt, the Netherlands, where we check them again before anything ships. Nothing ships straight from the factory.

How long does shipping take?

5 to 7 working days within the EU after your set leaves Echt. Shipping is €17,95 per order and free on 3 or more sets. The checkout price is the full price: nothing at the door, wherever we deliver. Counted from the Friday close, you have your set 3 to 4 weeks later. The product page shows this as dates, for example "Ready to ship 13 to 20 Nov".

How do I track it?

Your order page shows six stages: received, in the run, printing, sewing, shipped, delivered. We email you at every step. From the moment your set ships, the carrier's tracking link takes over. You do not need an account; the order page is linked from your confirmation email and from the Track link in the menu.

What happens if a run is late?

We email you the new ship window as soon as the factory tells us, before the original window ends. You do not have to chase us. You hear about it from us first, with new dates.

What if something is wrong when it arrives?

A misprint or a defect reported within 14 days of delivery, with photos, is reprinted free of charge. The reprint goes into the next run. Every shipment is tracked and covered in transit, and for €20 at checkout, Fast-track replacement remakes a lost or damaged set in the very next run as soon as tracking or your photos confirm the problem.

The whole process in one line: pay before Friday 12:00, change anything free until then, wait 2 to 3 weeks for production and 5 to 7 working days for the post. Full details are on How it works and in the FAQ.
