FAQ.
Everything you might want to know before, during and after your order. Still stuck? Contact us.
How long until my gear arrives?
Every set is made from scratch for you, so it is not an off-the-shelf order. Orders close every Friday at 23:00 and go to the factory in one weekly run. Your set is ready to ship within 2 to 3 weeks of that close; delivery is another 5 to 10 working days within the EU, longer outside it. The product page and cart show the live dates for the current run.
What if I miss the Friday cutoff?
Nothing is lost. Your order simply joins the next run, one week later. The countdown always shows the current cutoff.
Why work in weekly runs?
Sending one batch a week lets the factory print, cut and sew every set with the same care, at a price that stays fair. It is the same way factory teams get their gear made.
Can I rush an order?
No. Every set goes through the same run and the same production steps. Ordering before the Friday cutoff is the fastest route.
How do I pick my size?
Use the size guide: jersey tables are body measurements, pants sizes equal your waist in inches. Jersey and pants are sized separately, so mix freely. Between sizes? Size up.
I ride with an airbag or chest protector. Which size?
If your usual size normally feels slim, go one size up on the jersey. Airbag systems and body armour need room to inflate and move.
How does the gear fit?
Race fit. The jersey is roomy through the shoulders and tapered at the hem so it stays tucked. Pants sit snug at the waist with a ratchet closure, stretch through the leg and a reinforced seat and inner knee.
Can I exchange for another size?
No. Your set is printed and sewn to your order, so it cannot be exchanged. Check the size guide carefully before you pay; you confirm sizes twice during checkout for that reason.
What is the rider ID and what does it cost?
Your name and number, sublimated into the jersey back at print. It is included in every set at no extra cost.
Why sublimation instead of a heat-pressed number?
A pressed number sits on top of the fabric. Sublimation puts the ink inside the fibres, so it cannot crack, peel or lift, and the fabric stays as light and breathable as the rest of the jersey.
What can I put in the rider ID?
A name of up to 14 characters (letters, numbers, spaces, dots and hyphens) and a number of up to 3 digits. We print exactly what you enter, in the set design font.
Do I approve a print preview?
No. The design placement is fixed per set, and your name and number are printed exactly as you typed them at checkout. You confirm spelling and sizes twice before you pay, so please take that moment.
Are the pants customised too?
No. Pants carry the set design only. The rider ID lives on the jersey back.
What are the sets made of?
Jersey body in a sublimation-ready polyester Airmesh with micro-eyelet wicking side panels. Pants in a three-zone shell: ripstop where you meet the seat, four-way stretch through the leg and breathable mesh at the calves. Materials are shown up close on every product page.
How do I wash my gear?
Wash the same day it comes off the bike, before the mud sets. 30°C, normal detergent, pants turned inside out, no bleach, no fabric softener. Hang dry, never tumble dry or iron the print.
Will the print fade or crack?
No. The ink is part of the fabric, not a layer on it. Under normal riding and washing it stays as sharp as day one.
Do you make kids sets?
Yes. Every design is available as a kids set with the same materials, the same rider ID and its own kids price. The catalog splits into Adults and Kids when you land on it.
How do kids sizes work?
Kids jerseys run YS to YXL, kids pants Y22 to Y28. Both tables are in the size guide. Growing fast? Size up, the race fit tapers so it still sits right.
What does shipping cost, and is anything added later?
Free on 3 or more sets, otherwise €17,95 flat. The price at checkout is the final price, wherever you ride: no surprise fees at the door.
Do you ship outside the EU?
Yes, worldwide. Outside the EU allow extra transit time depending on your region and carrier.
Where does my order ship from?
Every set is checked by us before it leaves. It ships from our own shop in the Netherlands, not straight from the factory.
Can I change my size, name or number after ordering?
Only by cancelling and re-ordering before the current run closes on Friday at 23:00. Once the run has closed your set is in production and nothing can be changed. Details entered incorrectly on your side are not something we can correct or cover; you confirm them twice for that reason.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge and in full, until the run closes on Friday at 23:00. After that your set is being made for you and the order is final.
Can I return custom gear?
No. Every set is made from scratch to your order, so all custom orders are final. That is also why the rider ID and sizes are confirmed twice before payment.
What if there is a defect in the print or stitching?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We check every claim personally, and if the print or stitching is faulty we reprint the piece at no cost and ship it from our own shop.
Is crash damage or riding wear covered?
No. Crash damage, abrasion and normal riding wear are part of the sport and not covered. If something wore faster than you expected, tell us in detail anyway. That feedback goes straight into improving the gear.
How do I follow my order?
Every order moves through six stages: received, in the run, printing, sewing, shipped, delivered. You follow them on your order page and we mail you at every step. Once shipped, carrier tracking takes over.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply keeps your rider ID, sizes and order history ready for the next set.
Do you do team or bulk orders?
Team orders are arranged personally. Contact us with your rider count and we take it from there.
Can I get bike graphics to match my set?
Yes. Our partner WOW-Graphics designs custom bike graphics to pair with every MORSA design. Visit WOW-Graphics or ask us first and we point you the right way.
